• Abstracts must be submitted through the online Submission form published on the Symposium website by Wenesday 8^th November 2023. Abstracts send by post, fax or email or submitted after the Submission deadline will not be considered.

• The submitting author must be either a pre-doctoral student or a clinical resident that are current SEI members. All the notifications related to the abstract Submission will be send to the email address included during the Submission (contact person email).

• If you have successfully submitted your abstract, you will receive a confirmation number and an acknowledgement of receipt by email. Please contact the Scientific Secretariat if you did not receive the acknowledgement of receipt by email after the submission (Esta dirección de correo electrónico está siendo protegida contra los robots de spam. • All authors will be notified whether their abstract is accepted for oral/poster presentation or not by email.

• Abstract Submission deadline: Wenesday 8^th November 2023 at 23:59h (GTM+1)

• Authors will be able to modify their submissions until the Submission deadline using the online Submission form, which will be open until that date to access to the previously submitted abstracts using the contact person email and the Password received after the Submission, in the acknowledgement of receipt.

• If your abstract is finally accepted the author stated as presenting author will need to register by November 29^th, 2023, to confirm participation in the Symposium to include the corresponding presentation in the Programme.
  
  
• A free registration option will be available to abstract presenters with accepted abstracts. Please, be aware that free registration fees will be waived to 30 successfully submitted andaccepted abstracts from predoctors and clinical interns that are current SEI members. Registration fees (150 €) are waived for all authors and presenters of accepted abstracts that present their work onsite at the symposium on Thursday December 14th.

GUIDELINES

• Abstracts need to be original, which means, not published before and not accepted to be presented in another meeting elsewhere.

• Abstracts must be submitted in English.

• The abstract number of Words is limited strictly to 300 words maximum, excluding the title the authors and the affiliations, which need to be included in the corresponding text fields (not in the abstract text field).

• Acknowledgements or references are not allowed.

• Tables: can be included in the abstract text. Please, notice that each Word or number included in the table will be count as one Word.

• One figure or graphic: may be included if it is uploaded as a separate file through the Submission form (upload file). Please, do not paste any image file in the abstract text since we cannot guarantee the reception of the file if you proceed this way.

• Authors need to choose their presentation preference (Oral or Poster presentation). In any case, the Scientific Committee will determine the final decision about the type of presentation after the reviewing process.

• Abstract Submission deadline: Wenesday 8^th November 2023 at 23:59h (GTM+1)

• IMMUNOTHERAPY

• All abstracts accepted for presentation (oral or poster) will be published within the official publication of the meeting, available at the A-WISH 2023 website.
